The Tales Told Finale “March to the Stars”  will be held in Parkinson’s Park on Saturday 30th June, organized by Codswallop CIC, who run the Tales Told Festival.

There will be a lantern parade from Guiseley Theatre at 7.30pm. Then, at 8pm in the Park will be a variety of stalls, games and entertainers including live musicians. The event will finish with up to 10mins of fireworks at 10pm, by the professional company who have done the display in the Park before.

There is a map on how to get to the Park here.  The ideal place is the car park on Netherfield Road.  Please do not park on Kelcliffe Lane or the permit zone on Oxford Avenue.

Codswallop want to personally invite everyone to come and enjoy what should be a magical evening, designed to bring the community together and create good memories for the future. That is what the Park has traditionally been used for.

We would also like to try and ensure that everyone with animals and young children around the Park know it is happening – and would ask for your help in alerting people you know.   This has proved helpful to people in the past.

Everyone living around the Park should also receive a leaflet through their door letting them know about the event.
